Key Responsibilities
- Actively promote and sell insurance products including auto, home, life, and health
- Conduct personalized insurance consultations to assess client needs and recommend solutions
- Guide clients through the policy application and renewal process
- Provide responsive service and resolve inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all client interactions and sales activities
- Build and maintain a growing book of business through referrals, cross-selling, and upselling
Qualifications
- Bilingual in Russian and English (preferred)
- Prior experience in insurance sales, customer service, or account management preferred
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and coachable
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
- State insurance license required or willingness to obtain (support provided)

Compensation $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
