Key Responsibilities
  • Actively promote and sell insurance products including auto, home, life, and health
  • Conduct personalized insurance consultations to assess client needs and recommend solutions
  • Guide clients through the policy application and renewal process
  • Provide responsive service and resolve inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all client interactions and sales activities
  • Build and maintain a growing book of business through referrals, cross-selling, and upselling
Qualifications
  • Bilingual in Russian and English (preferred)
  • Prior experience in insurance sales, customer service, or account management preferred
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and coachable
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • State insurance license required or willingness to obtain (support provided)

Compensation $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
